William D. Wagner
Chief Executive Officer
Don Wagner is a private investor and General Partner of Wagner Investments, L.P.  He worked for Trico Industries, a New York Stock Exchange company, starting in 1970 and served as President from
1984 – 1990.  In 1990, he acquired CST Industries from Trico Industries and sold the company in 2006. Wagner has served as Chairman of the Boys and Girls Club Board of Greater Kansas City and Friends of the Kansas City Zoo. Currently he serves as a Board Member of United Missouri Bank, CST Industries, Inc., B12 Capital Partners, TGP Investments, LLC, the National Association of Basketball Coaches Foundation, the University of Missouri at Kansas City, the University of Kansas Medical Center Advancement Board, and is a Trustee of Pembroke Hill School. Don Wagner is a graduate of the University of Tulsa in 1967 and the Stanford Executive Program in 1989.

Mario W. Medri
President
Mario Medri has been a consultant to the pharmaceutical industry for OTC pharmaceutical products, nutraceuticals and supplements for over 30 years. His reputation in the industry for developing or enhancing drug delivery systems and formulating new products such as solid dose, soft chew and liquid OTC pharmaceutical product categories will be extended as he adds new categories and a full service R& D capacity to serve customers from concept to finished product.

John R. Wetzel
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
John Wetzel brings to FBP a wealth of category experience including cough/cold, allergy, nutrition, vitamin supplements and new product development. He successfully guided and grew the Halls and Robitussin Cough Drops franchises, Caltrate, and led Centrum new products. His corporate experience includes senior positions with Wyeth Consumer Health, Warner Lambert, CPC and Information Resources.

Peter H. Lewis
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Peter Lewis has over 20 years of senior financial and operational management experience at Life Science and Technology companies across multinational and entrepreneurial ventures. Peter most recently was the VP of Finance at Affymetrix, Inc., a NASDAQ Listed Company serving the pharmaceutical research and diagnostics markets. Prior to Affymetrix Peter was the CFO of Genetic Microsystems a successful Bio Tech start-up where he was responsible for Finance, IT and G&A functions.

Richard J. Carter, Jr.
Vice President, General Counsel

Richard Carter is an attorney with over 35 years of experience in private practice, primarily as a partner in the New York City law firm of Eaton & Van Winkle LLP. He is also a principal in the Company. He represented Mr. Medri’s consulting business before joining the Company.

Rodney J. Plunkett
Executive Vice President, Marketing & Sales

A senior executive at the Company since 2003, Rodney Plunkett has over 25 years of sales, marketing and market research experience in the consumer packaged goods industry ranging from food (Hershey Foods and New World Pasta) to OTC pharmaceuticals (Perrigo) and Supplements. Rodney is responsible for all marketing, sales and new business development.

Mike R. Morelli
Vice President, Technical Services
Mike Morelli has been a member of the Company’s technical services staff since 1993, serving in key capacities relating to regulatory affairs, operations, quality assurance and compliance. Mike has over 25 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry and provides the Company with strategic guidance appropriate to the range of Company products.

Plant Management

Doug M. Charochak
General Manager (Gloucester, MA Plant)
Doug Charochak joined the Company in 1997 as Manufacturing Manager in the Company’s personal care liquids division. He has served in several capacities, including materials management, operations management and today as General Manager. He was instrumental in installing the state of the art continuous process soft chew line that offers large capacity production with sophisticated monitoring and product safety controls.

Mike J. Walsh
General Manager (Brockton, MA Plant)
Mike Walsh joined the Company in 2005 as Master Scheduler and was
advanced to Materials Manager shortly thereafter. Mike has been certified in Lean Manufacturing and is trained QS 9000 and ISO 9001 internal auditor. As General Manager Mike has brought the lean manufacturing spirit and discipline to the plant floor which has resulted in measurable improvements in quality, efficiency and cost.
